20,000 Leagues Under the Sea

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is a ride in the Mysterious Island area of Tokyo DisneySea, themed around Jules Verne's novel and the legend of Atlantis. It opened with the park on 4 September 2001 and runs about five minutes. Guests board small submarine-style vehicles for a simulated undersea mission in search of the sunken civilisation of Atlantis. The attraction was designed by Walt Disney Imagineering.
