Amazon Volcano

Amazon Volcano is a Super Flume ride by WhiteWater West in the South American Forest zone of VinWonders Phu Quoc, Vietnam. A volcano of more than 30 metres towers over the attraction, and its thirteen lava-themed boats travel roughly 500 metres past rockwork, misters and smoke effects and through a dark cave lit by glowing crystals. The six-minute journey mixes slow, medium and fast river sections with uphill climbs, a camelback drop and a turntable before the finale: a 16.5-metre, 35-degree plunge taken at about 17 metres per second into a large splashdown watched from a viewing bridge.
