Corredeiras

Corredeiras was the river rapids ride at Terra Encantada in Rio de Janeiro's Barra da Tijuca district. Round rafts carried nine people along a 600-metre channel, turning as they passed through turbulent water and splashes.

It was one of the water attractions of the Brazilian-themed park, which operated from 1998 until 2010. The shared rafts made the journey a group experience, with passengers facing one another as the river carried them around the course.
