Grand Canyon River Rapids

Grand Canyon River Rapids is an Interlink Rapid River ride in the Wild Wild West (Fort Lagoon) area of Sunway Lagoon. It opened in 1995 together with Interlink's Colorado Splash Aquafury slides. Six-seat orange rafts run through mist-filled tunnels, past waterfalls and spouting geysers, with rough rapids that often soak riders. Interlink's own reference lists 1992 and a 2024 Interlink post says 1994, so the exact year varies by source.
