Grizzly River Run

Grizzly River Run is the centrepiece of Grizzly Peak at Disney California Adventure, themed to a river-rafting outfit set in an abandoned gold-mining town. Eight-passenger rafts climb 45 feet up the bear-shaped mountain, then tumble through two drops — the second a spinning 21-foot plunge through the Eureka Gold & Timber Company's crumbling works. Opened with the park on 8 February 2001, it is among the tallest and longest river rapids rides in the world.
