"it's a small world"

"it's a small world" is a slow indoor boat ride in which guests glide past hundreds of Audio-Animatronic children in costumes from cultures around the world, all singing the Sherman Brothers' title song. The attraction was originally created for the 1964–65 New York World's Fair as a UNICEF benefit sponsored by Pepsi-Cola, with concept design by Mary Blair, before being relocated to Disneyland. It reopened at Disneyland Park on 28 May 1966 at a cost of about $1.5 million. Its elaborate animated clock-tower facade, added for its permanent home, is one of the park's most photographed landmarks.
