Kali River Rapids

Kali River Rapids sends twelve-seat circular rafts down the fictional Chakranadi River in the Asia section of Disney's Animal Kingdom. After a conveyor-belt lift through a misty rainforest, the raft drifts past a burning, logged-out hillside — the ride's conservation message — before plunging down a 30-foot drop and finishing under geysers and water cannons. It opened on 18 March 1999 and remains one of Walt Disney World's wettest attractions.
