Splash River

Splash River is the big log flume of Happyland in Granges, in the Valais. Built by Mack Rides, it opened in 2006 and was promoted as the highest log flume in Switzerland, with a lift that climbs about 18 metres above the park. The park presents it as a wild ride down a raging Valais mountain torrent: six riders share each boat, meander through the scenery and then plunge down the steep chute into a big wave of spray.
