Stonewash Creek & Wildwash Creek

Stonewash Creek and Wildwash Creek were a pair of log flume rides at Phantasialand in Brühl, Germany, originally opened in 1974 as a single large Wildwasserbahn that was later split in two because of long queues, then substantially rebuilt in 1992 with Mack Rides. Stonewash Creek used 24 four-seat boats across three lifts on a course of about four minutes, while the shorter Wildwash Creek ran 16 boats over two lifts in about two minutes forty. Both reached a height of around 12 metres and each handled up to 1,440 riders per hour. They closed permanently in 2011 to make way for later park expansion.
