The Wildwasserbahn at the Eulenspiegelpark near Sottrum was billed as Europe's tallest log flume, with boats bearing owl and monkey faces. After the park went bankrupt in 1985 the ride was sold to Heide Park, where it ran as Wildwasserbahn II from 1990 to 2011.
